Glossary Seneschal - President. If you are unsure of who to contact, contact the seneschal. Reeve - Accountant. Handles all of the group's finances. Knight Marshal - In charge of all fighting activities. Herald - Helps group members register devices (coat-of-arms). Arts & Sciences - Organizes educational classes for the group and records arts and science projects completed by members. Sheriff/Constable - In charge of Troll (registration) at events, event secuirty and parking, and takes care of lost-and-found items. Chatelaine - Greets newcomers, organizes demos and recruiting efforts, maintains loaner clothing. Chronicler - Creates group's newsletter and maintains history of the group. Webminister - Maintains group's webpage, group e-mail addresses, e-group (forum), and other web-based applications, as necessary. Minister of Children - Organizes children's activities at meetings and events. |
