Persona Story As a young Scottish girl, Alara was carried off by Vikings while they were raiding in Scotland. The raiding party continued down the coast into the Mediterrean all the way to Turkey. When the Vikings landed in Turkey to raid, young Alara got her captor drunk (what a challenge) and jumped ship.She was picked up by a caravan and learned to dance for her supper. They named her Alara because she was picked up by the Alara River.
